Challenge, Solution, Outcome
Challenge: The original bulk-stacked packaging format was causing surface scratches across units during transit and handling, degrading the product’s appearance and customer experience before it even reached the end user.
Solution: Morpho redesigned the packaging approach entirely, transitioning from bulk stacking to individual units housed in custom magnetic boxes. We also added a replaceable 3M adhesive component to improve long-term product usability.
Outcome: Surface scratching was eliminated. The new magnetic box packaging improved both product protection and shelf presentation, elevating the product’s premium positioning and significantly enhancing the unboxing experience.

This hard drive mount works perfectly, is durable, very sturdy and carries the weight of my hard drive. I was kind of concerned that it wouldn’t be able to hold the weight of my hard drive, but it can handle it great. The tap adhesive is very strong so you have no worries about it coming off.
